This has to be one of the best DAW's out for making beats! what are your thoughts on it?

I have to agree. I think that some of the things that you can do as far as high end editing, can be accomplished here. I'm just beginning, but many people point me towards the use of logic pro vs other DAW's because in logic I've been told its easier once you get you command keys down pack to really get a nice workflow together. Then when your able to create environments based upon templates that you may have, I think that's one of the more productive ways to get that sound that you want. Not sure if the other programs like Cubase, Sonar, Pro-Tools can accomplish this. But for me, making the transition from GarageBand to Logic was natural and way way cool.
