problems with new m box 3

well just bought the new m box 3 and i am having issues , when i set a session up at 96 khz and import a instrumental no matter what sample rate i select it plays back in slow motion any thing above 48 khz plays sped up can anyone help me with this situation is anyone else experiencing this ????

bought the new m box 3 and i am having some issues , when i set up a session at 44.1 and import a instrumental at 44.1 all audio plays in slow motion , even previous session i have recorded all play back in slow motion , is this a defect within the m box 3 ? and will avid replace it if it is ? i purchased it from guitar center and they say they wont replace it or refund my money because i already installed the software , therefore will avid take care of it ? i have read 4 to 5 post on the Avid Audio Forums of people having this same issue

just got off the phone with avid just want to let everyone know that their are some faulty m box 3s out their , i guess their internal clocks are messed up causing slow motion playback if any of you run across this issue get in touch with avid and they will send you a replacement that has been lab tested , i should be receiving by tomorrow
